Costipation

Ugh. Embarrassing question. Immediate

solution to severe constipation?

I have chronic severe constipation. I'm working with a GI dr. on this, but right now I'm in serious pain.

I usually go to the bathroom 2x a month. Yes, I realize it's severe.

However, with the straining to get it out today something else popped out I think. It went back in when I stood back up though.

I know all the advice to drink water, more fiber, etc, but none of that works. I'm on prescription laxatives and they do nothing. Anything I can do to soften the stool right now?

If i take stool softeners etc. that will only work at the beginning of the colon, not what is stuck in there now.

HELP?! I see my dr again tomorrow, but I'm scared my freaking colon is going to fall out.

No pain, just weird bulges.

Constipation is kind of accumulation. We have to clarify cold or heat or fluids (including water) type. When you use laxative, it won't damage intestine, but enema will. If cold type, remove constipation by warming method. If heat type, by cooling. All formulas contain harsh ingredients and are used carefully like enema.

Peristaltic contraction of large intestine must be increased by cooling or warming. This is a best and only way without damaging your interior systems. You cannot depend on laxatives forever. I notice more women have constipation than man in my clinic. Some suffer with dry skin or red spots on face and headache due to constipation. Try acupuncture treatment. I believe this is a best way to remove your problems. Most cases need 4-6 sessions. Sometimes patient feels moving in abdominal area on the table while treatment and goes to bathroom immediately after treatment..
