i know!! sounds too good to be true but it is WILD!! amazing changes happen.
live food (uncooked) is full of enzymes and nutrients in the natural way the earth intended. We're the only species that heats our food and we're also the only ones that get the diseases we do. except of course domesticated animals that eat dead cooked pet food

 

 

There are two theories. Yours is one of two developed in the west. The other is of course cooked food. Raw food contains all vitamins without damaging, especially vegetables. We can say raw food is better way to eat for preserving nutrition's. However in the east, we believe cooked food is better than raw food. Teeth must work harder to break hard nuts. There are lots of people who broke their teeth because of hard nuts or piece of bones etc. Stomach is one of main organ for digestion that prepares foods for absorption. Raw foods make stomach work lot harder than cooked foods. What is raw food good for this sense? We don't provide the sick raw food at all. Why? It will take a longer time to digest making delay to recover, therefore soup is much better.

Let us assume absorption rate of nuts is 40% and soup 95% in the stomach. The nutritional preserving rate of raw food is 100% and cooked food 40%. Numbers is assumption in this example. Raw food then 40% and cooked food 38%. In the end it becomes almost the same.

We always say YIN and YANG. We don't go to one side only of extreme. We just try to make a balance. Someone could benefit from raw food like you. I prefer cooked food. This is my suggestion to everyone who read. Try raw food for a weak and if you feel good, then take more raw foods. If not, when we prepare vegetables, cook slightly not to destroy all nutrition's.
